How long we keep information
We normally retain:

General enquiries and related correspondence for up to 12 months after the enquiry has been resolved.

Venue contact information and correspondence for the duration of the venue’s participation and for up to 12 months after it ends.

Anonymous or aggregated attendance information for as long as it remains useful for evaluating Shared Tables.

Analytics information according to the retention periods configured within the relevant analytics service and the information shown in the cookie settings.

We may retain particular information for longer if required by law or reasonably necessary to resolve a complaint or legal issue.
We securely delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.
